The Order APIs are designed for e-commerce platforms, fintechs, or any system that needs to track customer payments and orders efficiently. These APIs streamline the process of managing customer purchases by offering a single, unified endpoint to handle multiple actions. When using the Order API, you can create an order in Gameball, which automatically triggers all necessary internal events—such as recording the purchase and calculating rewards or cashback—based on your pre-configured rules and campaigns.
This means that instead of making multiple API calls (e.g., one for sending a purchase event and another for calculating cashback rewards), you can rely on the Order API to take care of it all in one go, simplifying integration and ensuring a smooth customer experience.
In addition to the core Order Tracking API, the section includes two other key APIs:
Calculate Order Cashback: This API allows you to calculate the points or cashback a customer can earn for a specific order, based on their profile and the configured campaigns.
Order Transactions: This API retrieves all transactions related to a specific order, including rewards, refunds, and any other recorded activities, providing a full history for detailed tracking and analysis.
Together, these APIs provide a comprehensive solution for managing and tracking customer orders, calculating rewards, and accessing detailed transaction histories, all within the Gameball ecosystem.
