Gameball allows you to export detailed activity logs for all your customers through the Customers > Activities tab. This export helps you analyze behaviors, rewards, redemptions, and more. You can filter the activity log before exporting or extract a filtered segment for specific needs.

Step-by-Step Instructions

Navigate to Activities

Go to Customers > Activities in your Gameball dashboard.

Apply filters (optional)

Apply filters if you’d like to export a specific activity segment.

Export the log

Click the Extract button in the top right.

Download the file

Your filtered customer activity list will be downloaded as a CSV file.

Exported Fields and Their Descriptions

Below is a list of all columns included in the exported customer activities file, along with what each field means:

Activity Type (Manual or not)Indicates whether the activity was triggered manually or automatically.Manual = performed by an admin or via bulk action.
PointsThe number of points added, deducted, or refunded.Can be positive (earned) or negative.
ReasonThe reason added by the admin while adjusting the customer balance manually.
Calculated RedemptionTotal points that should have been redeemed based on reward rules.Based on reward configuration.
Actual RedemptionActual redeemed points from the customer.May differ from calculated due to fractions.
Family Redemption AmountCombined redemption value across family accounts.Applies if the account family wallet is enabled.

Paid AmountNet amount paid by the customer in this activity.Relevant for cashback or discount-based actions.
Outstanding PointsIn case of expiry, this field indicates exactly how many points to deduct while expiring this activity. For example, if this activity was 100 points and the customer redeemed only 60, the system will expire only 40 points.
Reward ThresholdThe minimum spend amount required to trigger the reward points calculation and receive the reward factor based on it.See Earn Points Configuration.
Reward FactorThe number of points earned per unit-of-currency based on the configured reward threshold.See Earn Points Configuration.
CurrencyCurrency in which the transaction occurred.E.g., USD, SAR, EGP
Redemption FactorConversion rate of 1 point to currency used in this activity.Example: if this value is 0.01, it means 1 point equals 0.01 USD upon redemption.
Achieved CampaignName of the campaign completed as part of the activity.
Achieved LevelName of the tier or level the customer reached.
Reward PointsNumber of points rewarded during the activity.
Campaign EnabledWhether a points multiplier campaign was enabled and affected this activity at the time of this activity.Values: True / False
Is GuestIndicates if the customer was a guest at the time of the activity.True = guest, may lack full profile data.
Coupon UsedIndicates if a coupon was used during this activity.
Coupon TypeType of coupon applied (e.g., Percentage, Fixed Amount, Free Product).
Coupon CodeCode of the coupon redeemed.Useful for tracing specific reward usage.
Coupon GroupThe coupon group or campaign associated with this code.Helps identify source configuration.
Guest Player EmailEmail used by the guest customer in case it was added through a popup campaign or a game-based reward campaign targeting visitors.
Cashback %Cashback percentage rewarded to the customer. For example, a customer gets 1 point for every 1 USD spent. Upon redemption, 1 point equals 0.01 USD. The cashback % in this case will be 1%.
Merchant IDID of the merchant if you’re using a multi-merchant setup.
Merchant NameName of the merchant associated with this activity.
Branch IDID of the branch/store involved in the activity.
Branch NameName of the store branch where the transaction occurred.
Free Product NameName of the free product awarded (if part of the reward).Applies to “Free Product” coupon type.
Free Product IDInternal identifier for the free product awarded.
Product Variant NameName of the variant (e.g., size or color) of the free product.
Activity Actual DateThe original date and time when the activity occurred, regardless of when it was sent to Gameball via Order API or batch processing.
Points Expiry DatePopulated for any activity that includes earned points (e.g., orders, campaigns, referrals, or missions).
