Gameball allows you to export your customer data directly from the Customers page. You can apply filters to narrow down the list before exporting, or export a broader dataset as needed.
If a filter is applied, the export will include only the filtered customers currently visible in the list.

Step-by-Step Instructions

Export customer list

Go to the Customers page

Go to the Customers page from the Gameball dashboard.

Apply filters (optional)

Apply filters if you’d like to export a specific segment.

Export the list

Click More then choose Extract.

Download the file

Your filtered customer list will be exported as a CSV file.
If you need a full export of your entire customer database (not limited by filters), please contact the Gameball support team.

Exported Fields and Their Descriptions

Here’s a description of all the columns included in your exported file:

genderThe gender of the customer.

creation_dateDate the customer profile was created in Gameball.
countryCountry from which the customer registered.
cityCustomer’s city.
zip_codePostal or ZIP code.
preferred_languageCustomer’s preferred communication language.
is_guestIndicates if the customer is a guest.True = guest, meaning the user has not created a full account.
utm_source, utm_medium, utm_campaign, utm_content, utm_termTracks how the customer first landed on your site.Comma-separated.
deviceThe device type used during the customer’s session.
total_amount_spentTotal value of transactions made by the customer.This field is based on the configured Tiering-up Method.
last_order_dateThe date the customer placed their most recent order.
total_orders_countNumber of orders the customer has placed.
avg_order_valueAverage spend per order.
channelSource channel where the customer was acquired (e.g., website, mobile app).
current_tier_nameThe name of the customer’s current VIP tier.
current_tier_orderThe internal order of the customer’s current tier.
scoreUsed only if your tiering-up method is score-based.
total_points_earnedAll points the customer has earned historically.
pointsThe current total of active, redeemable points.Pending points are excluded.
pending_pointsPoints that are not yet redeemable due to the return window or pending state.
total_referralsNumber of successful referrals by the customer.
total_redemptionsNumber of rewards redeemed.
last_redemption_dateDate the customer last redeemed a reward.
last_login_dateLast time the customer logged into your platform.
last_coupon_usageDate the customer last used any coupon.
last_gameball_coupon_usageDate of last coupon issued through Gameball.
last_message_sent_dateDate of the last in-app message sent to this customer.
last_email_sent_dateDate of the last email sent via Gameball.
segmentsList of segments the customer belongs to.Includes both rule-based and RFM segments.
TagsEach exported row displays all tags associated with the corresponding customer.Supports multiple tags per customer (comma-separated).
