Through Gameball, you can control sending real-time transaction notifications to your customers for all programs. You can notify your customers of different events such as new sign-ups, cashback rewards, successful referrals, reaching a new tier, etc. There are three forms of notifications you can set up:
  • In-App Notification
  • Email Notification
  • SMS Notification (Contact Sales for Activation)

What events can you send real-time notifications for?

  • Sign-ups: when a new customer signs up.
  • Cashback: when granting cashback rewards or when it is canceled.
  • Referral: when a customer successfully refers a friend or receives a reward for it.
  • Adding and Deducting Points: After you have manually added or deducted points.
  • Reward Campaigns: when a customer unlocks or completes a requirement for a badge or a reward or just to motivate them to complete it.
  • Tiers: when a customer moves up from one tier to another.
  • Rewards: for transactional events such as redeeming points, points refund, points expiry, or coupon expiry.
