What Events Can You Send Real-Time Notifications For?

Send a welcome notification when a new customer signs up for your loyalty program.
Notify customers when cashback rewards are granted or when a cashback transaction is canceled.
Inform customers when a referral is completed successfully or when they receive a reward for referring a friend.
Alert customers after you have manually added or deducted points from their account.
Notify customers when they unlock or complete a requirement for a badge or reward, or motivate them to finish mid-way through a campaign.
Congratulate customers when they move up from one tier to another.
Inform customers about transactional events such as redeeming points, points refund, points expiry, or coupon expiry.
