Setup Guide

Create a Reward Campaign in Gameball

  1. Log in to the Gameball Dashboard.
  2. Navigate to Campaigns > Rewards > Create Reward Campaign.
  3. Select the Shopify Flows’ Write a Review template under Social Sharing & Reviews.
  4. Configure your campaign settings and click Save.
  5. Copy the Campaign ID.

Set Up the Shopify Flow Workflow

  1. Open Shopify Flow and create a new workflow.
  2. Set Reviews.io as your trigger.
  3. Choose Gameball’s Reward a Campaign as the action. Learn More
    • Add your customer email by clicking Add variable.
    • Copy and paste the Campaign ID from the campaign details page on Gameball.
  4. Activate your workflow and track its impact on customer engagement.
