Setup Guide

  1. Log in to the Gameball Dashboard.
  2. Navigate to the Rewards Campaigns Templates page by clicking Campaigns > Rewards > Create New Reward Campaign.
  3. Select the Shopify Flows’ Write a Review Template under Social Sharing & Reviews.
  4. Configure your campaign settings and click Save.
  5. Copy the Campaign ID.
  6. Open Shopify Flow and create a new workflow (as per the video above).
  7. Set Yotpo as your trigger.
  8. Choose Gameball’s Reward a Campaign as the action. Learn More
    1. Add the your customer email by clicking on add variable(Skip the email if the trigger already passes the ID).
    2. Copy and paste the Campaign ID from the campaign details page on Gameball
  9. Activate your workflow and track its impact on customer engagement.
