Setup Guide
Create a Reward Campaign in Gameball
- Log in to the Gameball Dashboard.
- Navigate to Campaigns > Rewards > Create New Reward Campaign.
- Select the Shopify Flows’ Write a Review template under Social Sharing & Reviews.
- Configure your campaign settings and click Save.
- Copy the Campaign ID.
Set Up the Shopify Flow Workflow
- Open Shopify Flow and create a new workflow.
- Set Yotpo as your trigger.
- Choose Gameball’s Reward a Campaign as the action. Learn More
- Add your customer email by clicking Add variable (skip the email if the trigger already passes the ID).
- Copy and paste the Campaign ID from the campaign details page on Gameball.
- Activate your workflow and track its impact on customer engagement.
